BEFORE + AFTER • CALYPSO MAISON STORE IN SOHO
The day before our NYC book party, Justina and I went over to Calypso's maison store in SoHo to restyle and photograph the space. We transformed the store into a romantic bohemian retreat featuring a living room, dining room, nook and foyer. The store was in a neutral state of mind and it needed a splash of color. The only thing we brought in were plants to give it The Jungalow touch. Our favorite is the gorgeous ten foot Chinese fan palm. It totally took the space to a whole new level. Everything else you see is from the store. They have so many beautiful pieces. I showed my heartmate the rug in the front of the store and he was like "Get it!" So I did. It's now in our parlour. Ha! Anyway, it was so much fun just rearranging and shopping within the store. We're pretty happy with how the space turned out. It's so dreamy.
