FRENCH KISS 75 COCKTAIL FOR WEST ELM

I just created a sweet cocktail for West Elm to tie in with their latest color crush: blush! When I think of blush, I think of having a couple drinks on a date, batting my lashes and flirting with someone special. Since Valentine's Day is happening around the same time as Mardis Gras this year, there will be tons of kissing and boozing, indubitably. I decided to add a twist to one of the staple cocktails in New Orleans — the French 75. And because it's a Valentine's Day drink, I'm calling it the French Kiss 75. Mmhmm. And I'm using beet-infused gin to create that lovely blush color.
