BEATRICE ARTHUR IN HEAVEN

In May 2009, my heartmate and I decided to adopt a baby girl from Los Angeles Animal Services. It didn't take long before he found this foxy Chihuahua mutt. Although she isn't vintage, she has an old spirit. Just stare into those soulful eyes, they seriously speak volumes. And for $45, she sure was thrifty! We named her after the beloved Beatrice Arthur and she immediately responded to it.

Her favorite color is white and she enjoys snuggling on down blankets, sheepskin rugs or our Petrie sofa which I quickly sold because of her dirty paws. If this isn't heaven, I don't know what is.
