HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS TOUR #3

Goodbye brick walls and say hello to white walls! I know, I know, I was a little uneasy about giving up the bricks too. Our old place had a lot of character but it was overwhelming at the same time. The new space feels ten times lighter without it. I think it's a nice balance to my thrifty collections. A friend of mine said it's more refined and a little more grown up(as I'm approaching my 30s). What do you think?

Our home is in South Park, in the Evo-South building which is still downtown. It's a newer and nicer(less sketchy) area. We're a few steps away from L.A. Live, yummy restaurants, and the super market. Most importantly, it's sandwiched between two Goodwill thrifts. SWEETNESS. I'm loving it here. And even little Beatrice has found a dozen pee spots, so everyone's happy. Hooray! Missing in the photos is the study room and bathroom. Both still need more work.
