MOMOFUKU SSÄM BAR

Four yummy words: rotisserie duck over rice. I've had plenty of fine ducks in my lifetime, from Hong Kong to Beijing and Momofuku delivers some seriously delicious duck. It melts in your mouth. The rice is fragrant and cuts through the rich, savory duck nicely. It reminded me of Hainan chicken rice. I'm still salivating over it. I added the chive pancakes and made a small duck wrap with the watercress. It was excellent! And we paired it with a nice glass of riesling. We came here for lunch on a Thursday because it's only available on their lunch menu. I can't wait to come back!
