Dang, I can't believe we're getting knee deep into December already. The year's basically over! Sorry, was that offensive? I said that to a friend the other night and she poured red wine all over my new white shirt. I kid but she was like, "Nooo...STAHHHP!" Time is ticking fast! I've been busy twerking and traveling a lot so please excuse the lack of posts around here. Maybe that's what I want for Christmas, for time to slow it's cinnamon rolls. Haha.
Last month, I was in South Africa (a detailed post of that epic trip coming soon) and I got to visit Heather Moore of Skinny laMinx! We filmed an interview plus a shop/studio tour which will be ready by January. I can't wait to see how awkward I was in front of camera. Anywho, the Skinny laMinx shop in Cape Town is fun and vibrant. It's packed with all of Heather's colorful textiles and designs. Seriously, they make the best gifts. I've been a fan of her work for years so it was great to finally meet her in person. We definitely share similar design sensibilities. I mean, just look at how spot on our yellows are! She's so talented and I've been enjoying watching her brand blossom from afar. To celebrate, Heather and I are doing a giveaway for all you lucky creative creatures!
